A Paraclinical Decision Support to standardize the detection and quantification of antimicrobial resistance.
We are working with the MSF [Doctors without Borders] foundation to build AI algorithms into Antibiogo: a mobile application designed to provide laboratory decision support for the interpretation of antibiograms that detect and quantify antimicrobial resistance.
The algorithms will be able to continuously learn from incoming data across multiple devices using a highly optimized approach to federated learning that has been specially adapted to the resource constraints of MSF settings: Allowing few-shot,1-round learning.
